How do I pay for my journey?
If you wish you can pay cash on the day or you can pay via your credit or debit card however there is a 5% surcharge should you choose to pay by card.
Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?
You will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed or comes in early. We monitor flight arrivals at all airports. Please make sure you provide your flight number when making your booking.
What do I do if I can not find my driver?
Our drivers will contact you on the phone number provided at the time of booking and will specify their location in the arrivals hall.
Meet and greet services may include an extra charge so please contact our operator for further information.
What if I miss my flight?
If you have missed your flight it is your responsibility to inform us immediately by phone. Failure to do so may result in you incurring a full no show charge
Are your drivers qualified?
All our drivers are fully qualified and registered with the local licensing authority.
Who do I contact if my car is booked for a journey outside of your office operating hours?
You will be provided with the drivers mobile contact number and the driver will also have your number.
What If I wish to cancel my booking?
We will refund any journey cancelled before our driver has been despatched. If you wish to cancel after our driver has been despatched and on route, you will incur full journey charges.
